1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the UK. Our Shipping is free of charge all orders are shipped free.

2. How long does delivery take?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor your order’s progress.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you’d like a different color or style, please contact us, and we’ll arrange an exchange based on availability.

8. Are returns free?

We currently do not cover return shipping costs, except for faulty or incorrect items.
